Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform and provide reports & documentation of the Network Infrastructure inclusive of network diagrams, equipment configuration, architecture and designs according to the schedule and agreed format by the customer's management team;
  • Attend meetings or work with the customer's vendor to perform testing, preventive maintenance, and organize or conduct common resolutions for repeated/prolonged problems in accordance with the schedule provided by the customer;
  • Perform day-to-day network operation for the Network Infrastructure and Network Equipment at the customer premises, including performance monitoring, bandwidth monitoring;
  • Respond and perform problem resolution, escalation and/or closure of incident including problem analysis and identification of the source of the problem;
  • Provide incident report and status update within twenty-four (24) hours or escalate the problem to the next level if it cannot be resolved within the specified time as defined in the procedure manual.
Job Requirements:
  • andidate must possess a relevant IT Diploma qualification
  • CCNA / CCNP certification is a must
  • 2-3 years of network working experience
  • Willing to take on shift work
  • Willing to take on a 1-year contract
  • Able to start work immediately an added advantage

  • Coordinate service orders to field engineers through in-house system and ensure all other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor are completed
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma / A Level / Nitec in any field
  • 1-2 years of experience in call centre / customer service field
  • Meticulous, detailed and able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Willing to work shift hours 8am-8pm, 8pm-8am
  • Good team player
  • Able to start work immediately an advantage

Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform onsite and remote troubleshooting for problems isolation for hardware, software, network and storage systems
  • Maintain both internal and external documentation and keep information updated at all times
  • Manage, administer and maintain servers
  • Provide technical support to end users
  • Affirm to customer support Service Level Agreements
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
  • Min 2 years of server and network administration experience
  • Able to handle end users professionally
  • Able to start work immediately an advantage
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in Computer Engineering / Computer Science
  • Microsoft Certified System Expert (MCSE) certified preferred
  • Min 2 years of server and network administration experience

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1st to 2nd level desktop support for end-users
  • Handle users' request promptly and efficiently
  • Perform installation, configuration, migration, upgrading and maintenance of desktop PC, OS, application software and related IT peripherals
  • Manage hardware & software requisition as well as the inventory for all IT equipment
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements:
  • Min 1 year of working experience in IT industry
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Exchange / Linux an advantage
  • Nitec / Diploma in IT, Computer Engineering or Computer Science
  • Willing to take on a 1 year contract
  • Willing to travel or be deployed to projects
  • Resourceful, creative and possess good customer service skills
  • Able to start work immediately an advantage
